ORDER PROCESSING (2-4 days)

 

The total processing time is between 2-4 working days with standard shipping times ontop of this. Please note that during busy times of the year there may be processing delays and delays with postage services. We will process all orders as fast as possible.

 

SHIPPING

 

Within Australia:

 

You & Me Designs offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $75 via Australia Post. Orders under $75 will incur a flat rate postage and handeling fee of $8, via Australia Post. Standard shipping will normally take 1-2 working days for most areas, however it can take up to 2-5 working days for WA, NT and other areas outside of main cities. Please take care when entering your address details at checkout, as we are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been shipped and we cannot take responsibility for an inaccurate shipping address. If you require your order to be express posted, this will be an additional cost to the customer.

 

Internationally:

PACKAGING

 

All You & Me Designs pieces are individually packaged ready for gift giving and to ensure they arrive in pristine condition!

 

REPAIRS & FAULTY GOODS

 

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged jewellery from us, we are happy to repair or replace the items. Please email us info@youandmedesigns.com.au and describe and send photos of the damage, so we can advise of the best course of action. You will then need to return the jewellery, along with the original packaging and a proof of purchase (a delivery note, printed receipt or bank statement). We can only replace items that are in stock and will do our best to assist you in this situation.
